At iParaglide Top Gun Flight School, we take pride in having taught over 2,000 paragliding students in our 27 years of operation.

 

We are the longest running school based in Metro Vancouver. Due to our central location, we are the only school that flies all of the relevant kiting parks, training hills and mountains within a 3 hour radius of Vancouver.  This empowers pilots to get to know the key training and flying spots early, optimizes and accelerates learning, and allows them to grow into great future pilots.  

We have the reputation of being an industry leader with an emphasis on engineered safety systems, quality instruction, the finest equipment and creating a positive learning environment for fun and empowering flying.

We offer the highest level of accreditation, with Senior HPAC and Advanced USHPA paragliding instructors, who coach from first flight to expert paraglider pilots and teach and qualify new paragliding instructors.

Seattle and Vancouver paragliding weather forecast. Low pressure brings low cloudbase, and mixed skies with 40-70% POP, with showers/flurries throughout. Vancouver paragliding weather: winds at 3000ft northeast to 12km/hr increasing to north 19 km/hr as the day progresses. Faser valley winds calling for windy outflow conditions gusting to over 40/km/hr. Seattle Paragliding: winds aloft at 3000ft light and variable and becoming north to 8 km/hr, with surface wind southwest to 24 km/hr.  Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seatttle, Whistler and Pemberton areas not recommended for paragliding today.

Paragliding Vancouver - 3000ft winds aloft northwest to 73 km/hr, with wind warning advisories in effect with gusts to 90 km/hr in the valley. Seattle Paragliding - winds aloft at 3000ft west to 40 km/hr, with surface wind advisories southwest to 80/km/hr. PARAGLIDING PILOTS ADVISORY: DO NOT FLY in Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seatttle, Whistler and Pemberton areas today.

Paragliding weather forecast for Vancouver-Seattle areas. Low pressure brings low cloudbase and 60-70% POP. Paragliding Vancouver - 3000ft winds aloft southwest and building to 21 km/hr through 22:00, with west valley winds to 20km/hr. Seattle Paragliding - winds aloft at 3000ft southwest  to 26 km/hr and subsiding to 15 km/hr through 22:00, wth surface winds southwest to 32/km/hr. Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seatttle, Whistler and Pemberton areas not recommended for paragliding today.

Weather for paragliding pilots. Low pressure immediately northwest brings lo cloudbase, rain, possibility of thundershowers and strong south to west winds. Vancouver Paragliding: winds aloft at 3000 ft south to 48 km/hr easing to 35 km/hr westerly, with valley winds gusting to 30km/hr as the day progresses. Paragliding Seattle: 3000ft winds aloft south to 88 km/hr, with wind advisories for surface winds south to 88 km/hr. PARAGLIDING PILOTS ADVISORY: do not fly in Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seatttle, Whistler and Pemberton areas today.

Weather for paragliding pilots. Rain and low cloudbase throughout due to low pressure. Vancouver Paragliding: Southeast winds aloft at 3000 ft from 35 km/hr easing to 20km/hr as the day progresses. East surface winds to 10 km/hr and easing as the day progresses in the Fraser Valley. Paragliding Seattle: 3000ft winds aloft south to 32 km/hr easing to 27km/hr as the day progresses, with surface winds south to 24km/hr.  Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seatttle, Whistler and Pemberton areas not recommended for paragliding today.
