YVR 3000 ft winds aloft light and variable becoming NW to 11 km/hr post 1200. Valley wind early outflow to 10 km/hr becoming W to 10 km/hr with sea-breeze arrival. Intermediate peak lapse rate -2.4C/1000ft.
SEA 3000 ft winds aloft N to 9 km/hr increasing to 19 km/hr. Valley wind light and variable becoming NW to 10 km/hr in afternoon. Novice peak lapse rate -2.2C/1000ft.

Woodside for P2 pilots 0800-1300 and 1800-2100 with strong P4 advanced peak conditions 1300-1800. Bridal should be on today with light and variable winds becoming light NW yielding soaring conditions and strong thermals in afternoon.
