SEA 3000 ft winds aloft N to 11km/hr. Valley wind WSW to 10 km/hr as sea-breeze establishes. Novice peak lapse rate -2.2C/1000ft.

1. Paragliding Chilliwack: -2.5C/1000ft intermediate peak lapse rate. Wait for summit to clear early cloud. Woodside for P2 pilots 1100-1300 then watch for increasing NW cross-wind aloft and switch to P4 advanced conditions 1300-2000. Bridal should be "on" today with anabatic flows and northwest wind aloft to 19 km/hr lighting the ridge line up with dynamic lift creating good soaring and thermalling prospects for P3 intermediate pilots 1200-1900. 80% chances to paraglide.
2. Paragliding Vancouver: - 2.0C/1000ft novice peak lapse rate. Wait for early cloud to lift. Grouse Mountain for GMFT P4 members 1100-1400 then watch for increasing crosswind NW aloft. 80% chances to fly early, not recommended late.
3. Paragliding Bellingham: -1.9C/1000ft novice peak lapse rate. Blanchard Mountain may be below north wind aloft influence and dominated by sea-breeze, however watch for possible lee-side and do not fly accordingly. P4 pilots 1100-1800. Paragliding prospects 60%.
4. Paragliding Pemberton: -2.3C/1000ft novice peak lapse rate. Provided cloud lifts, P3 conditions should exist 1100-1300 then watch for increasing NW wind aloft and possible arrival of Whistler express strong south wind in valley, with shearing wind between. Paragliding prospects 50% early, not recommended late.
5. Paragliding Whistler: -2.5C/1000ft intermediate peak lapse rate. NW crossing aloft and sea-breeze make for rough conditions, paragliding not recommended today.
6. Paragliding Seattle: - 2.2C/1000ft novice peak lapse rate. North winds aloft to 20 km/hr puts Tiger in lee-side. Paragliding not recommended at Tiger Mountain today.
