Fraser Valley winds east to 10km/hr in morning becoming west with arrival of seabreeze. Paragliding in Seattle - winds aloft at 3000ft northeast to 15km/hr becoming north to 16km/hr post 13:00. Outflow likely to be overpowered by anabatic conditions and seabreeze by mid day. Should be a good day for intermediate Paragliding in Chilliwack, Pemberton and Bellingham.
