Seattle Paragliding: 3000ft winds southeast to 13 km/hr through 22:00 with valley winds southeast to 15 km/hr. Outflow may be overpowered by anabatic conditions and seabreeze in late afternoon. A paragliding window is possible today in Bellingham and Chilliwack.
