Low pressures to northwest and south dominate, causing strong southeast winds aloft at 3000 ft to 48 km/hr, SE ground winds exceeding 20 km/hr and bringing cloud and intense rain. Paragliding in Vancouver, Chilliwack, Pemberton and Bellingham areas not recommended.
