Sunday, October 10, 2010 at 9:17 Paragliding Weather Synopsis. Low pressure to north dominates, causing strong west winds to 40 kmhr aloft and bringing showers through out most of the day. Paragliding in Vancouver, Chilliwack, Pemberton and Bellingham areas not recommended.
