Top Gun Flight School

At iParaglide Top Gun Flight School, we take pride in having taught over 2,000 paragliding students in our 27 years of operation.

 

We are the longest running school based in Metro Vancouver. Due to our central location, we are the only school that flies all of the relevant kiting parks, training hills and mountains within a 3 hour radius of Vancouver.  This empowers pilots to get to know the key training and flying spots early, optimizes and accelerates learning, and allows them to grow into great future pilots.  

We have the reputation of being an industry leader with an emphasis on engineered safety systems, quality instruction, the finest equipment and creating a positive learning environment for fun and empowering flying.

We offer the highest level of accreditation, with Senior HPAC and Advanced USHPA paragliding instructors, who coach from first flight to expert paraglider pilots and teach and qualify new paragliding instructors.

Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seattle, Whistler & Pemberton area paragliding weather forecasts. Low pressure to northwest brings windy and rainy conditions. Paragliding Vancouver: valley winds southwest to 25km/hr with 300ft winds southeast to 45 km/hr becoming southwest to 41 km/hr. Paragliding in Seattle area: south valley winds to 32km/h with 3000ft wins southwest and increasing to 63 km/hr. Paragliding not recommended throughout.

Vancouver paragliding: valley winds southwest to 20 km/hr and winds aloft at 3000 ft southwest to 44 km/hr. Seattle area paragliding: southwest valley winds to 32km/h with winds aloft at  3000 ft southwest to 56 km/hr. Paragliding not recommended throughout.

Vancouver paragliding: valley winds west to 20 km/hr with 3000ft winds aloft southwest to 26km/hr. Paragliding in Seattle: winds in valley south to 20 km/hr with 3000 ft winds aloft southwest to 31 km/hr. Not a good day for paragliding in our area.

Vancouver paragliding: valley inflow to outflow gusting to 30km/hr with 3000ft winds aloft northwest to 50 km/hr. Paraglidng in Seattle: winds in valley south to 40 km/hr with 3000 ft winds aloft southwest to 68 km/hr. Paragliding not recommended throughout.
