Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seattle, Whistler & Pemberton area weather forecast for paraglider pilots. Transitioning pressure brings clouding skies. Vancouver area paragliding: light valley outflow becoming inflow as the day progresses. 3000ft winds aloft south to 19 km/hr becoming southeast to 28 km/hr. Seattle paragliding: valley winds south to 16 km/hr becoming southwest as the day progresses with 3000ft winds aloft southwest 16 km/hr and increasing to 28 km/hr. Lee to cross wind conditions combined with increasing cloud at many sites.

Paragliding weather forecast for Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seattle, Whistler & Pemberton areas. High pressure bringing sunny skies. Unusual outflow condition aloft, putting sites in lee in morning. Vancouver area paragliding: inflow at Vancouver but strong outflow with gusts to 50 km/hr in Chilliwack, expected to ease as the day progresses. 3000ft winds aloft east outflow to 16 km/hr easing to light and variable in afternoon. Seattle paragliding: valley winds northeast 25 km/hr gusting to 50 km/hr. Winds aloft at 3000ft east and increasing to 37 km/hr.

Outflow makes for lee-side conditions, paragliding not recommended in Vancouver-Seattle corridor today.

Good day for kiting at Vanier, which will have inflow and sea-breeze.
