iParaglide Right Site Weather: June 3

Vancouver, Chilliwack, Whistler, Pemberton, Bellingham & Seattle area paragliding weather forecast. Low pressure to northwest brings 40-60% POP throughout excepting Bellingham & Seattle.  Clearing trend in afternoon in Vancouver, Pemberton, Bellingham & Seattle.  Paragliding Vancouver - 3000 ft winds aloft southeast to 15 km/hr diminishing to 9km/hr as the day progresses: valley winds light and variable becoming west to 10 km/hr. Paragliding in Seattle - 3000ft winds aloft southwest to 10 km/hr becoming northeast to 8 km/hr as the day progresses; valley winds light and variable becoming southwest to 18 km/hr in the afternoon. With 40%-60%POP and low cloud base throughout, with the exception of Bellingham & Seattle, a marginal paragliding day.

iParaglide right site paragliding weather ranking:

1. Bellingham paragliding: lapse rate -2.5 C/1000ft: intermediate paraglider pilots. Blanchard may have a blue hole. 09:00-13:00 & 17:00-20:00 P2 novice paragliding. 13:00-17:00 P3 intermediate pilots. Chances 60:40. 

2. Seattle Paragliding: lapse rate -2.9C/1000ft: advanced paragliding.  Wait for Tiger summit to clear cloud and anabatic flow establishment.  If blue holes develop will be strong and unstable day for advanced paragliding pilots. 11:00-20:00 P4 paraglider pilots.  Watch for OD potential. Chances 30:70.
