Low pressure to northwest brings 40-60% POP throughout excepting Bellingham & Seattle. Clearing trend in afternoon in Vancouver, Pemberton, Bellingham & Seattle. Paragliding Vancouver - 3000 ft winds aloft southeast to 15 km/hr diminishing to 9km/hr as the day progresses: valley winds light and variable becoming west to 10 km/hr. Paragliding in Seattle - 3000ft winds aloft southwest to 10 km/hr becoming northeast to 8 km/hr as the day progresses; valley winds light and variable becoming southwest to 18 km/hr in the afternoon. With 40%-60%POP and low cloud base throughout, with the exception of Bellingham & Seattle, a marginal paragliding day.
