iParaglide Right Site Paragliding Weather: April 22

Paragliding weather forecast for the Vancouver/Chilliwack/Bellingham/Seattle/Whistler/Pemberton areas. Transitioning pressure brings mixed skies.  Vancouver Paragliding - 3000ft winds aloft east to 9 km/hr.  Surface winds in the Fraser Valley light east and becoming light west as the day progresses. Seattle Paragliding 3000ft winds aloft light and variable. Good day for paragliding at Blanchard & Tiger: marginal elsewhere due to 40% POP and outflow aloft. 

iParaglide Right Site Ranking:

1. Paragliding Bellingham: lapse rate -1.6C/1000ft: novice P2 paragliding. Blanchard 11:00-18:00, wait for anabatic conditons to establish. Chances 90:10.  

2. Paragliding Seattle: lapse rate -2.0C/1000ft: novice paragliding. Tiger 12:00-18:00, wait for anatabic flow. Chances 90:10. 

3. Paragliding Chilliwack: lapse rate -2.3C/1000ft: novice P2 paragliders. Watch for leeside. Woodside 12:00-18:00, wait for catabatic to overpower outflow, chances 30:70.
