Paragliding weather forecast for Vancouver-Seattle areas. Low pressure brings low cloudbase and 60-70% POP. Paragliding Vancouver - 3000ft winds aloft southwest and building to 21 km/hr through 22:00, with west valley winds to 20km/hr. Seattle Paragliding - winds aloft at 3000ft southwest  to 26 km/hr and subsiding to 15 km/hr through 22:00, wth surface winds southwest to 32/km/hr. Vancouver, Chilliwack, Bellingham, Seatttle, Whistler and Pemberton areas not recommended for paragliding today.
