Instability 2, with Bruce Goldsmith, is the ideal companion video for P2 novice and P3 intermediate paragliding pilots attending a Simulation of Flight Incidents (SIV) Seminar.  It covers induction and recovery of paragliding flight incidents a pilot may encounter: d-line steering, asymmetric collapse, cravats, spiral dives, front collapse, stalls, spins and reserve parachute deployments. Quick descent techniques of B-line stall, spirals and wing-overs are explained together with active piloting principles including pitch control, and moderated inputs to prevent cascades. SIV should only be done with instruction, over water.

Jocky Sanderon's Performance Flying assists P2 novice and P3 intermediate pilots preparing for SIV simulation of paragliding flight incidents seminar;  P3 intermediate pilots for paragliding cross country seminars; and P4 advanced paraglider pilots for acro seminars. SIV topics include: harness settings, frontals, spins, twists & stall. XC topics include themalling, scratching, transitions , the second climb, speed bar, cloudbase and flatland flying. Intro to acro closes this dvd off with wingovers, asymetric spirals, loops, SATs and helicopters. This is a companion video only, for pilots attending paragliding seminars.
